When you send a custom request, Coast 2 Hills Creations LLC collects your name, email, project details and pickup or shipping preference to respond and manage the conversation. Do not include payment details or other sensitive information.

Requests are stored in our website’s protected owner inbox using our hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. New requests are emailed to our two business notification addresses through Resend so our team can respond. Resend processes the request details for email delivery. We use a daily hash of the connection address to limit spam. The public website does not include advertising trackers. Hosting providers may process technical connection logs to operate and protect the service.

The owner area uses ChatGPT sign-in. Visitors do not need an account to browse or send a request. Links to other websites, including designer pages, have their own privacy practices.

To request access to or deletion of your inquiry, contact jfgariepy@coast2hills.com. We retain requests while needed for the conversation and any resulting project or required business records.
